Heritage Oak at Yelverton

Henry visited Yelverton to give advice on maintaining a Millennium Wood and whilstbthere saw this magnificent Oak tree. He and TW Louise Taylor has a conversation about it, and she then contacted The Woodland Trust with the required information, who have confirmed that it is now recorded as a Heritage tree No 49973.

30 years a Tree Warden

In recognition of Henry Gowman’s 30 years as a Tree Warden Poringland Parish Council arranged for this Copper Beech to be planted alongside a commemorative plaque.
