Before embarking upon a tree planting activity ( or similar) Tree Wardens must complete a full risk assessment. We have provided a generic pro-forma for this purpose but there may be other risks identified which should be included. Once completed these forms must be retained and safely stored.

This is a requirement of Zurich Insurance who provide our insurance cover.
